Lovely room, but the noisy roosters woke me up at the crack of dawn every day. Had a very relaxing time, until I got eaten alive by mosquitoes. Staff were friendly, but couldn't speak much English.

Mosquitoes thought I was their buffet, and the roosters were determined to ruin my beauty sleep.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. The staff at Batur Lake View were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They were also very helpful in arranging my Batur trek and providing information about the area.

Breakfast delights could have been improved with a few more options to choose from.

As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in many hotels, and Batur Lake View in Kintamani, Bali, impressed me with its convenient location. Even though it is not possible to get there by public transportation, I found it ideal for a transit stay during my travels. With the nearest airport being only 81 km away, the hotel provided a hassle-free and quick transit experience. the breathtaking view of Batur Lake added a touch of serenity to my stay, making it a memorable experience.

While my overall experience at Batur Lake View was positive, I did find one minor drawback. However, this did not significantly overshadow the enjoyable aspects of my stay at the hotel.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming ambiance of Batur Lake View. The traditional Balinese decorations and beautiful views of the mountains made me feel like I was in a serene paradise. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with easy access to the rooms and common areas. The children working there were always ready to assist and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

If I had one request for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more activities or entertainment options available at the hotel. While the peacefulness and natural beauty of the surroundings were perfect for relaxation, it would have been nice to have some organized events or cultural experiences to partake in.

I had a great time at this hotel in the mountains. It is located in a small village, away from the city, so it feels very authentic. The location is perfect for hiking and exploring the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the volcano and lake. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. it was a wonderful experience.

The wifi was weak and not secure.

Location is incredible - just a 5-minute drive from the starting point for climbing Mount Batur. The views of the mountains and lake from the room and patio are jaw-dropping. The bed is super comfortable and the shower has hot water. The hosts are very hospitable and make you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful place in Bali. The view from my room was absolutely incredible, and the hospitality of the staff was top-notch. They even offered to drive me to the hot springs and arranged a guide for my hike. The water at the hot springs was wonderfully hot, which was perfect for the chilly nights. The staff also set up a cozy campfire for us to enjoy. I highly recommend trying the grilled fish - it was incredibly fresh and delicious.

We stayed at Batur Lake View for a few nights, as we wanted to hike Mt. Batur, and it was the perfect starting point, being just a few hundred meters away from the trail. The owner, Edy, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hostel was clean and comfortable, with amazing views of the volcano and the lake. Edy and his family took us to explore the area, showing us the Hindu culture and treating us to delicious food. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

The host's organization of a trekking tour with an English-speaking guide was an unforgettable experience, and the location was conveniently close to the starting point.
